Our garbage disposal was broken, mainly because Margarita throws anything and everything in it. The repairman came by this morning, and got it fixed. The funny thing was that I asked him what the word for "garbage disposal" was in Spanish by pointing to it, and he didn't know.
Later we figured out that it's moledor or triturador de basura.
